To celebrate the launch of his first cookbook, To Be A Chef, Chef Tony Khoo, Executive Chef of Marina Mandarin Hotel, gathered his top chef friends to showcase their culinary skills at the “Proudly Singapore: A Showcase of Singapore Chefs” charity gala dinner in support of Community Chest.

The line-up of chefs include top celebrity chefs, Eric Teo (President of Singapore Chefs’ Association), Otto Weibel (Chief Judge of the Food & Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge), Eric Neo, Leons Tan, Louis Tay and Willment Leong.

A total of $118,000 was raised for beneficiaries of Community Chest through a donation by DBS Private Bank, the Presenter of the event, a charity auction and donations from guests at the dinner.

Community Chest would like to extend its deepest appreciation to DBS Private Bank, FoodCult Pte Ltd, Marina Mandarin Singapore, Chef Tony Khoo, all other donors and partners who have contributed to the success of this event.
