To celebrate the launch of his first cookbook, To Be A Chef, Chef Tony Khoo, Executive Chef of Marina Mandarin Hotel, gathered his top chef friends to showcase their culinary skills at the “Proudly Singapore: A Showcase of Singapore Chefs” charity gala dinner in support of Community Chest.
The line-up of chefs include top celebrity chefs, Eric Teo (President of Singapore Chefs’ Association), Otto Weibel (Chief Judge of the Food & Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge), Eric Neo, Leons Tan, Louis Tay and Willment Leong.
A total of $118,000 was raised for beneficiaries of Community Chest through a donation by DBS Private Bank, the Presenter of the event, a charity auction and donations from guests at the dinner.
