Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the “I Am At The ComChest Picnic & Fancy Dress Party 2010” Photo Contest: -
- This contest is not open to employees of ComChest and/or anyone associated with the conduct of the contest.
- ComChest reserves the right at its absolute discretion to remove any contest entry and/or fan from time to time without prior notice, and ComChest will not entertain any further correspondences regarding the same.
- Prize is not exchangeable for cash or any items, either wholly or partially.
- The winner will be determined on 31 October 2010, 5pm. ComChest has the right to change the contest date at its sole discretion without any prior notice. ComChest will not entertain any request pertaining to the contest and selection criteria.
- The winner shall be notified via his/her Facebook account within fourteen (14) days of the date of the contest end-date. The result of the contest will be posted on www.facebook.com/comchest.
- Prize can be claimed from 1 November 2010 to 30 November 2010 from Community Chest at 170 Ghim Moh Road #01-02, Singapore 279621, Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public holidays. In the event the prize is not claimed by 30 November 2010, it will be forfeited.
- ComChest reserves the right to disclose and publish the name, and such other particulars of any winner in such mode and manner as ComChest may in its sole discretion deem appropriate. Winner’s name, picture and prize may also be used for publicity reasons. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to its usage.
- ComChest’s decision on the results of the contest, the prize and/or on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, binding and conclusive, and ComChest will not entertain any further correspondence regarding the same.
- ComChest reserves the right at its absolute discretion to replace the prize, terminate, withdraw or discontinue the contest, or amend the terms and conditions herein from time to time without prior notice.
