Terms & Conditions

1) Single-Card entry must be made on 1 official Give-A-Hand! Card. Multiple cards entry must be submitted as a montage made up of more than 40 official Give-A-Hand! Cards. Particulars of the Group Representative must be completed on 1 Give-A-Hand! Card.

2) Only entries with full particulars are eligible for the contest.

3) Winning entries should inspire and express a strong feeling of hope for the people in need. Participants may use their own drawing materials.

4) All entries must reach Community Chest, 170 Ghim Moh Road, #01-02 NCSS Centre, Singapore 279621 by 23 March 2009, 12pm to qualify for the Drawing Contest.

5) Judging for the Drawing Contest will be conducted on 15 April 2009 at NCSS Centre. The address is 170 Ghim Moh Road, #01-02 NCSS Centre, Singapore 279621. The organiser has the right to change the judging date and time at its sole discretion.

6) The Organiser shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to loss of card or damage to the montage.

7) Results of the Drawing Contest will be published on www.comchest.org.sg.

8) All winners will be notified by post.

9) Each winner must present his / her NRIC and letter of notification to claim his / her prize.

10) Prizes must be collected within 3 months from the date of judging. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited and donated to charity.

11) Prizes must be taken as provided; they are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The winner shall accept the prize “as is”.

12) The Organiser makes no representation or warranty on the conditions of the prize items. All prize items are kindly sponsored. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the advertised prizes with items of a similar value without prior notice.

13) The Drawing Contest is open to all except employees of National Council of Social Service and their immediate family members.

14) By participating in the Drawing Contest, participants acknowledge that Community Chest will send them future communication collaterals. All entries shall remain the property of Community Chest and may be used for future publicity with or without prior notice to the participants.

15) The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify and cancel the Drawing Contest without any prior notice.

16) The decision of the Organiser for the Drawing Contest is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
