The prizes for the Lucky Draw Contest are:

1^st prize	1 pair of economy return tickets to Brisbane sponsored by Emirates

3^rd prize	iPod Shuffle

Terms & Conditions

1) Participants are entitled to 1 chance per coupon at the Give-A-Hand! Lucky Draw by returning the coupon to Community Chest. Deadline is 23 March 2009, 12pm.

2) The Draw will be conducted on 15 April 2009 at NCSS Centre. The address is 170 Ghim Moh Road, #01-02 NCSS Centre, Singapore 279621. The Organiser has the right to change the draw date and time at its sole discretion.

3) Participants are required to complete their personal particulars to participate in the Lucky Draw. Draw coupon with incomplete information will be disqualified from the Draw.

4) The Organiser shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to loss of coupon.

5) Results of the Draw will be published in The New Paper on 22 April 2009.

6) All winners will be notified by post.

7) Each winner must present his / her NRIC and letter of notification to claim his / her prize.

8) Prizes must be collected within 3 months from the Draw. Prizes that are not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited and donated to charity.

9) Prizes must be taken as provided; they are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The winner shall accept the prize “as is”.

10) The Organiser makes no representation or warranty on the conditions of the prize items. All prize items are kindly sponsored. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the advertised prizes with items of a similar value without prior notice.

11) The Draw is open to all except employees of National Council of Social Service and their immediate family members.

12) By participating in the Draw, participants acknowledge that Community Chest will send them future communication collaterals.

13) The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify and cancel this Draw without any prior notice.

14) The decision of the Organiser for the Draw is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
