The resounding successes of the award-winning restaurant, Carousel, at Royal Plaza on Scotts and the cooking class, Cookery Connection by Carousel, have prompted yet another amazing creation under the same brand. Carousel has embarked on another culinary journey - a new cook book aptly titled Carousel - A Food Odyssey. The book grew out of a passion of a group of chefs. The 140-page cookbook features an exciting collection of recipes for special moments in life such as:

As part of the hotel’s corporate social responsibility efforts, Carousel - A Food Odyssey, will be donating $5 from the sale of the first 1,000 books sold at Royal Plaza on Scotts to Community Chest.
