Note that your donation to Community Chest is arranged and managed by your company. Please advise the Officer-in-charge of your company payroll to effect the change of your donation amount to Community Chest.

Please approach the bank operating your monthly pledge standing order with Community Chest, and inform the bank directly to effect the change of your new bank account number with Community Chest. Some signatories may be required between the bank and yourself.
