Phone-In Donation
You will need to be a current DBS / POSB Internet Banking user to access the service (You will need either a DBS /POSB Phone Banking User ID (UID) and Personal Identification Number (PIN) or a Principle Credit Card number and PIN to access the system. For Singapore NRIC holders, your Phone Banking UID starts with '7', followed by your NRIC number). Simply follow the steps:
- The number to call is 1800-1111111 (DBS) or 1800-3396666 (POSB)
- Once inside the answering application, select Banking Account Services to proceed
- Press 4 for Bill Payment
- Press 4 for Donation
- Press 1 for Community Chest
S.A.M.™ Self-Service Automated Machines
- Denominations of $2, $5 and $10
- Transaction charge will be borne by Community Chest.
- Tax deduction will be available to all donors who provide their personal details when they donate.
